1. Nature of Digital Products
Our courses are delivered in digital format (recorded videos, downloadable files, and related materials).
Once you have purchased and accessed a course, it is non-returnable.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once the course access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical products.
3. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate payment for the same course.
Technical issues preventing access to the course (only if we are unable to resolve the issue).
Incorrect course purchase due to a system error on our side.
To request a refund in these cases, you must contact us within 3 days of purchase.

5. No Refund for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Lack of usage or failure to complete the course.
